2025-2026

Arlington Woman's Club

Embarking on this journey as your President for the first year, many thoughts, feelings and emotions are going through my head.  I am very excited to be in this position and yet I am very humbled you have chosen me for such an important job. I will do my best to serve you, to be fair, and always have time to talk or discuss anything. I look forward to meeting more ladies this year.

Our organization is very unique, and I have found a place here that is comfortable, caring and is warm with kind people and close friends.  Please try and make an effort to get to know more ladies this year.  Introduce yourself to those you don’t know and make them feel as comfortable in a department or committee meeting as you do.

Also look through our yearbook and find ways you can shine or contribute to our organization.

My theme this year is SHINE BRIGHTLY THE WORLD NEEDS YOUR LIGHT.

We all have a unique light within us – gifts, talents, leadership, creativity, and hope.

We need to shine our light and encourage others to do the same.

Our club is filled with women who don’t just carry candles -- we ARE the chandeliers.

We are the high beams; we are the glitter with a purpose.

The objective of Arlington Woman’s Club is to promote and develop each member to achieve their full potential.  To me, that means we are to find our light and let it shine as brightly as we can.  Be the sun in someone else’s storm – it’s part of why you are here.  Nothing can dim the light that shines from within you.  Discover who you are, be the best that you can be.  Everyone doesn’t shine like a beacon, some of us are nightlights, table lamps spotlights.

Find your strengths and give your light to the world.

“Let your light shine today and let your personality blossom.

You don’t have to be a people-pleaser, just a people lover.” Beth Moor.”

I am looking forward to a wonderful, bright year ahead.
